Cooking Tutorial: Decorate your Desserts with Fondant Lady Birds

Walking into her kitchen is a fairytale for any baking aficionado;larders filled with flavored sugar, shelves lined with edible glitter, boxes packed with dainty fondant flowers and butterflies and ovens always baking aromatic desserts. The smell of vanilla envelops the air, as you make your way across the kitchen and lures you into biting into the most exquisitely designed desserts.

Living in London, my aunt developed a passion for adorning her baked goodies with edible decorations that would excite the senses of adults and children alike. Her interest as well as inquiries and orders from her friends led her to taking orders for her delectable creations. It is not just the beauty, but the careful attention to detailing that gives the desserts an edge above others.

In awe of her designing and baking skills, I am still trying to learn the ropes from her, yet lag way behind. As my way of sharing cooking skills with the world, I requested her to send me videos of her edible adornments to add beauty to your desserts.
