Any ideas what to do with leftover pasta dough? Made ravioli but still have a lot of dough leftover.

With a help of a mesh colander or strainer, grate the dough over boiling water – quickly.You will have spatzele.

You can fry it up and sprinkle some cinnamon this would be a great snack, I often do this when I make to much pasta dough. Well you can also put it in a freezer since it can last up to 3 months.

    Just received a gift of Malaysian nutmeg. It looks larger, smoother than nutmegs I use for baking.
    Is it the same fruit/nut as the one used for baking ? It was suggested I use it with Ketjup Manis for a pork sate marinade. Thanks.
